Waitlist closed?
Has anyone ever been told that the waitlist for a flight is closed? I am trying to waitlist for the direct flight from EWR-HNL around Xmas and was told by the Elite Line that the waitlist was closed (I'm confirmed on a 1-stop but would prefer the direct). I thought part of the perk of being Plat was better access to BF availability. I'm sure there are quite a few silvers or golds that are currently waitlisting. CO is still offering slEasyPass, so it can't be THAT full.
