CO....Stop Calling Me!!!

I have received the automated call from CO yesterday and today advising me of a schedule change that impacts my flight. Comes from an "Unknown number" and does not mention any specific flight information. I don't get a follow up e-mail advising me of any change. I'm like most of you and have over twenty flights listed on my Manage Reservations Tab. I don't feel like going in and checking every itinerary for a change. CO needs to change their system and have the automated message include flight information.

You can go into your trip alert settings and change it to notify you "on the day of travel" And/Or "the day before travel".

I find that anything further out than the next couple days doesn't warrant a phone call and a trip alert email alone is sufficient.

I would agree with one exception. Should I have a connecting flight not booked on CO or a partner then a change in schedule could impact my connection and I'd sure want to know of the change well in advance so the date of the change would be important to know.

I'm pretty sure that the setting in question isn't TripAlert. I have that off and I get the calls about sked changes every now and then, too.

Yes, it would be useful if they left the confirmation number. I also mentioned at last year's DO that when they list your itineraries, if there's a schedule change, it should be highlighted in some way.

It looks like it might not be a trip alert call afterall, but you don't check your email every couple minutes / every day at least? I actually check my email more often than voicemail.
