PDA Site and Fare Classes
Under the PDA site's information section regarding "How Upgrades are Prioritized":
If there's a tie between multiple customers...Specifically, the ranking of Continental's fare classes from highest to lowest priority is: H, K, M, N, B, O, V, U, Q....etc"
Just wanted to point out this needs to be updated so people don't get confused.
----
Also, OT, how is it that a Plat/Gold companion can outrank a Silver in the EUA process when their upgrades can only be requested "within two hours of flight departure"? Does this mean that a Silver may be upgraded at the 24 hour mark, thus displacing a Plat/Gold companion who may only be entered into the process 2 hours before?

A silver is also prioritized over companions at the 3-hour EUA window, not just the 24-hour window.
The EUA priority list and the list that you see on the PDA are different beasts and each is processed appropriately at the appointed times.

Although the word 'displacing' is misleading and inaccurate. The Silver is not displacing any plat companion at the 24-hour timepoint, as the plat companion does not exist.

My bookmarked link to the PDA site no longer works. Can someone provide the current link? Many thanks.
