I got my May statement today and noticed that my EQMs are about 2500 miles lower than they should be and as they show onliine.

I have not flown since mid-March and the EQMs showing online correctly. It is not until I recieved the email today that I'm seeing lower EQMs. My husband account & email match exactly.

I called the OPSC and after spending about 10 minutes trying to get the rep to understand what was wrong, I was left on hold for another 10 minutes while she spoke with a supervisor.

I was told they are having "computer problems" and that many of those emails have incorrect EQMs. The balance shown online is the correct balance.

Frankly, I'm not buying it and fully expect to have a fight at the end of the year in the event I just make silver again.

Anyone else seeing different EQMs?

Im having problems with milage also got same explaination.
The website is having problems in several areas that I know about.

Check your charge card statement also.
I was triple charged by the computer for same flight
still not resolved. Now working with the bank to try to fix this mess.

I'm missing EQM's also... and strangely enough, my total miles are showing correctly. It's like they haven't credited my EQM's from the last trip even though that was almost 10 days ago and the credit is showing on the website.

Mine reflects correctly.

Yes mine has a discrepancy in it of 500 miles which must be something that was not a flight as I haven't flown (with the exception of reward tickets) since early March. I noticed it but figured it wasn't worth complaining about.

I have a 3500 mile issue, the miles "posted" well before the statement but not on the statement and not on the current activity view......not on last statement either.

I am missing both EQM and EQP.

Your total mileage balance (correct) versus what shows when you display "current activity" are different. The "current activity" is not showing everything. This is a known bug that CO is working on.

I'm still missing lots of miles from hotels stays, bonus miles from promotions, online shopping partners, and the ever-so-important budget 9,999. I called and was told they were having problems. They told me that I should send in my receipts.
My EQM and EQP are correct, but now I have to dig up my receipts from those transactions. Is there a date by which I can not ask for them back? It seems unfair to tell me to wait six to eight weeks or more for them to post only to find out that I have to prove the transactions and then find out that I may be too late.

It's already been posted there's a problem with the activity showing online. They said the miles totals are correct, the activity is just not showing.

I'm talking about something completely different - My EQMs on the statement today are less than what is showing on my last statement ended 3/31 as well as what is showing online.

I'm pretty sure that I have onepass shopping miles that haven't made it to my account, but I can't look at it to confirm.

Is there a way to find out?

Should I just submit missing miles request form (PITA) on the assumption that they're not there?
