Experiences with SDC
I am not a very frequent flyer on CO but am taking a trip from EWR to SAV next month (4/11-13). I am considering booking the early morning flight back and then trying to use the $25 SDC option to change to a later flight ($350+$25 vs over $700). Is this a bad strategy? Does anyone have experience with the loads on Sunday afternoon flights out of SAV?

The problem with your strategy is that you can only do the SDC within three hours of the new departure, which means that you can't book the SDC until 4pm, well after your original flight departed. That would be a problem if you didn't get the standby
