question about online book[ing]
Hi, I try to book a ticket for me and my wife, I find there are only two low price tickets left.I plan to buy them.After I input our personal information and before we pay for it, I go back to prevous pages to double-check our information, however, when I come back I find the seat we choose are occupied and the price is gone.I guess the system may think someone hold the reservation(I and my wife), therefore we can't continue! am I right?or someone happens to buy the tickets at the same time and same seat?If I am right, how long I have to wait for the price come back (I mean the system release the holding).anyone have same experience?

Check your account ---I think you can cancel the reservation manually online
(manage reservations)
Delete it and then see what happens

if you havent paid yet, but put in the passenger information, continental.com put your reservation on "hold". If you go back, then try to go forward again, you cant.
call 800.300.1547 and tell them what happened.
they will give you the record confirmation number and allow you to purchase it online.
don't worry, your low price is probably still there.

Thanks, I didn't use continental onepass account because I want to add the miles to my NWA account.I can't check my account online for the record.

Even if you want to credit the trip to nW you should book using your CO account. Without that you will not be able to refund in the first 24 hours after ticketing. You probably won't need that, but you never know. You can always change it after it is booked to get the credit that you want.
