if you havent paid yet, but put in the passenger information, continental.com put your reservation on "hold". If you go back, then try to go forward again, you cant.

call 800.300.1547 and tell them what happened.
they will give you the record confirmation number and allow you to purchase it online.
don't worry, your low price is probably still there.
