Just called the elite line, forwarded to the internet help line. Turns out that my credit card was "not accepted." Couldn't tell me why. Re-ran the card, went right through.
Everyone was courteous, no waiting on hold, they claim they are aware of this problem, and problem is solved, but this isn't the greatest first impression of co.com. They would've canceled my reservation if I hadn't called!

Credit Card Issues
I've noticed this problem when there's an issue with my credit card, like a fraud hold for unusual activity.
I get the message that the ticket is processing... but after a few days of no ticket or no charge, a call into CO shows that the card was declined. A quick call to Chase lifts the fraud flag and then my ticket is issued.
