CHASE(D) Away
I signed up for a Chase Continental Credit card in July 2007 expecting to receive 20,000 bonus Onepass miles. Chase credited me for 15,000. I called several times and each time someone said they would take care of the problem. Now they are denying that I signed up using a 20,000 bonus offer. I used a link from a Continental email to sign up. It was under the widely publicized 20th anniversary Onepass "birthday" celebration.
I would be very cautious before ever signing up for another Chase credit card.

had the same problem. CO ended up resolving it, not Chase. Was relatively painless.

As much as I like to trash Chase, lately I have been satisfied. Every so often they offer me a spending challenge to earn a free companion ticket (V or higher - but that is OK), so I usually get one at least every year. Plus the two discount coupons (again on V or higher - but they work when V is the best fare at ticket time).
Plus I also got a Chase Marriott card and that has been OK as well.
I find I am using Chase more than Amer Express.

On the other hand, every month I have an issue with Citi over my Hilton HHonors Visa... mostly, they can't seem to ever get my points credited correctly.

I had the CO Chase card and found it a pain...when I pay my AX bill (even on the due date itself) I get a text message confirming payment and it's a 30-second web transaction. The first few times I tried to pay my Chase bill online, I didn't understand how. Their Web interface sucks, or at least it did during my cardmembership (2003-04). If I could get CO miles on an AmEx-branded product, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

actually Im' very happy with the chase web interface. It has auto-pay, which neither AX or Citi have. it will auto-pay a set amount, minimum, or balance in full. Its great I don't even have to think about it.
