I booked and paid for a flight on CO's website to London and flew codeshare on Virgin. The flight were Dec 27 going and Dec 31 back. Does anyone have an idea how fast this will post as miles. It puts me at Platinum and I will be flying in January. Can I speed up the process?

These generally post in about 10 days for me. Sometimes slightly longer, sometimes less but usually around this point.

It's been probably three years for me and still nothing. I gave up. I just don't fly Virgin.

You guys are unlucky - I do the majority of my transatlantic flights on VS, at least one every three weeks - and not once have I had an issue with the miles posting on CO.

I did have to send in my boarding pass once to get manual credit, but every other time it's been less than 2 weeks.

The one time I flew Virgin it happened automatically, although a friend of mine warned me that she had trouble getting her miles posted to her Flying Blue account (and they never did). I am curious star_world, if you fly VS so often why do you not use their FF program and use CO's?
