New Chase Continental Airlines Mastercard offer might make me jump

"This is a one-time offer for U.S. residents 18 and older who have applied for
the Continental Airlines World MasterCard and are approved for the card.
Cardmembers who currently have or have had a card in this Rewards Program, are
not eligible for a second Chase credit card in the same Rewards Program. Chase
cardmembers currently receiving promotional pricing, or cardmembers with a
history of only using their current or prior Chase card for promotional pricing offers, are not eligible for a second Chase
credit card with promotional pricing. "
This was part of the email I just received offering me up to 30,000 miles for opening a new Chase account.This seems to be a new change,now stating that you are not eligible for a second Chase card of the same type,even without the bonus.
I wish they'd stop sending offers that I cannot be eligible for.
