EUA on connection causes segment to disappear
This happened to me overnight.
I am flying home on Monday from ROC-CLE-IAH. The first leg is an RJ, but I was upgraded on CLE-IAH.
I received an email and the upgraded segment was missing. Online the segment was missing. Reservations still had the segment, so I called tech support and they were unaware of any problem, but fixed my record.
Is this a new "enhancement"?
You might check your upgrades for the next few days and see if this is duplicated by anyone else.

I am flying DEN-CLE-SYR today. When my DEN-CLE upgrade cleared a few days back (on a 735 no less, but that's another story), I lost my seat assignment CLE-SYR (12A). Luckily I spotted it right away and was able to snag it back, but watch out, guys!

Yep, this happened to me, too, yesterday. I'm flying AUS-EWR-YYZ in H this coming Monday, both segments on 735s. I got the EUA e-mail yesterday at 120 hours before the AUS-EWR flight, letting me know that I got upgraded on the AUS-EWR segment. The e-mail showed all the proper segments of the reservation.
Then, a few hours later, I got an EUA e-mail about 120 hours before the EWR-YYZ flight, figuring I must have been upgraded there, too. That e-mail, though, showed only my original AUS-EWR EUA, and the EWR-YYZ segment entirely gone. I called co.com support, and they said the reservation is still there, although I wasn't actually upgraded from EWR-YYZ.
Weird....

I had a similar problem yesterday. I'm flying EWR-DCA on the 7PM Friday and coming back DCA-EWR on the 7:30PM Sunday. I got the email yesterday with EUA notification. Two oddities -- 1) The EUA notice says it is for my Sunday flight -- which Wednesday at 8 pm was outside my window -- clearly a glitch as the EUA is for my outbound flight apparently. 2) I looked at my reservation online and see the outbound flight is no longer there at all! I called and have been told I was EUA'd on the first flight and the flight is still there, great, but still odd that said flight has disappeared from the reservation that I can see online. I hope I will still be able to check in for it online.

One thing that y'all might want to try - I tried looking at the reservation on pda.continental.com, and everything appears to still be there, even though it's still missing from the regular continental.com site.
