I am getting the working bug outta me before I have a family, so much easier when single.

I have some goals before I am 30, and that involves slowing down a bit, but in order to slow down I have to get my tail in gear the next couple years.

I am looking for the right 'home' right now, where I will then settle down (with work) and hire a staff around me to take my place, it will take about 8 people :eek:
then I will be more able to relax. I have a good team around me now, but certain things they simply cannot do.
