No, not at the current fares. Ideally, I'll fly in to a nearby city, spend a day/night there, take a train to PRG and fly out of PRG.

When the inevitable low winter fares to Germany start showing up, I think we'll have some good options from which to select.

Yo steph3n, calling you out...

AMTW. No Airbus/Boeing. And you have, ahem, 5 B767-200ER in use and 7 on order?

<tap, tap, tap>

Oh yeah, and everyone else who has abandoned the game... :p

yea and no big cities....but IAH....so I went SFO, then you AMS....so just upping the ante you know. Feel free to do whatever you want, doesn't bother me. I scrapped all my IL-86's those beasts were maintenance HOGS. About a million a month EACH.

My bases were all rather small side with RNO, IND, AUS, FCO, DEL(they are not tiny, but not big profits either)...I had to dehub ABI and go to AUS, it was just too unprofitable. I was at IST but left it to allow ALCO no competition, then he dropped out!

i couldn't even remember who NFG was to be honest....

You got a middle seat. Hope it was at least a reclinable window exit row.

Nope, it was a regular middle. I booked the charter very late due to some work related issues. I was next to :rollpuck: and your amigo, so it was not too bad. During the DO I was asked when the last time I sat in coach was, and my answer was "TODAY IN A MIDDLE SEAT"

Perhaps some Box Lurkers sent out an email to our new :-: partners telling them not to drop fares. The fix is in. :D

I think that same person sent an email to LH and LX asking them to remove the FRA-CPT and JNB-ZRH availability I had found last week.

Hmmm, someone else went bigger before I went to IAH, which was why I did. And of course everyone is inactive now. :(

But I'm staying away from A vs B. :D^

I sat in a non-reclining middle for 02:25 on Sunday night. :-:

I likewise had to replace my old IL-62s, and since IL-96s weren't available, I ordered MD11s.... and then the IL-96es came out the next year. Gaah.

Bombardier ftw. :D

You were doing quite well, need to get new planes ASAP tho, your maintenance is eating you. I had to fleet renew with ATP and AN74's to build profits and get rid of Avro's and Tu134's...

BD ??

How long does it usually take for HH points to post?

Eurail timetable shows FRA to PRG at about 7 hours. That's precious drinking time.
