Not saying it's a flawed measure; better than nothing, but the heat index doesn't seem to really tell the story.
Just out sitting in the shade, with a 92 index, and still sweating and feeling the "pressure" of the air on skin. In PHX, TUS, or PSP, with 20-handle humidity and 95, it feels downright pleasant to me in the shade. |

Even Galileo: Fares/PSH on KVS was showing the one-way phantom pricing as the full roundtrip fare. Sabre: Fares/TVN was far more accurate.
