It drops to 25 right at the top of the hill, through that whole area with the shops/grocery store and such. Sign is very subtle. My mom got nailed there twice in the mid-90's (with me/sisters along in the back seat). I think part of the reason I'm fairly paranoid about speeding (and have been lucky so far...knock, knock) is having witnessed several parental pull-overs, both highway and suburban driving, as a child.
