Forgot to mention that I took the Jersey Breakfast and turned it Tex-Mex this morning. Slice of pork roll cut in half, a scrambled egg, and a slice of American cheese on top cut in half...all in a soft taco shell.

While straightening up the files, I realized I still have $1,000 in Hyatt gift certs (as well as about $4,000 in NA coins). I'm shocked I'm at 19 stays (8 counted twice) and still have only used 10 certs. And yes, I have 11 credited stays and only used 10 certs ;)
