I am one of those few people who despise award shows. Academy Award night, to me, is among the worst days of the year.

Thanks. I was going to go to Total Wine on the way home from work and look for Shiner Bock, but then I found out that said store is 20 minutes the wrong way from home.

Fiancee is making me watch maltipoo videos. I can't do that sober.
Edit: I have found something that makes me rather watch the Oscars. Maltipoo videos. |

The interview with Sarah Jessica Parker was perfectly done. She did all the talking and hubby Broderick did none.

Not sure if I mentioned this, but I picked up an AirPort Express (Apple), and it is an amazing device.
The FTW hotel I'm pretty much living in (Renaissance) only offers a wired connection, so this little device turns my room into a wireless network, and was way easy to set up. I can run my MacBook Pro, Lenovo laptop, iPhone, and whatever else off of this easily. Two weeks ago we used it at the Westin Michigan Ave, which does have wireless, and enabled us to both use the network while only paying once. For that reason alone... it was totally worth it. I highly recommend this if you have multiple devices you want to connect wirelessly in a hotel room. ^^^^^^ *Note: It is not an Apple-only device - works just as well for a PC. |
