I actually prefere watching the woman's curling as it's more technical than mens.

No, no -- house in COS should work out well as a rental property! Probably if I sold the house here -- I could buy a few blocks there!;):D:rolleyes:

If you sold the house in NJ you could own a large portion of my city - I have a colleague who owns 65 acres (and we're not in highly-paid occupations).

OK, maybe both -- son called to say that he was staying overnight at friend's house -- now that tomorrow is a snow day!^;):D

Yeah, that's probably possible!;) It's painfully clear that I pay a ridiculous amount in property taxes to live here in my 'privileged' community! It just shocks me that the taxes I pay on my other properties add up to a fraction of what I pay here , & I know that my other Jersey neighbors here in the B:rolleyes:X are feeling the same pain!:mad:

I'm not really looking to own more land, though -- already have 40 acres in CO!^:D

Women's final is tomorrow late afternoon - I'll be home from work by then.

Answer 1: With my commute to work now being ~20 minutes, I've actually considered selling here (downtown, historic district) to get a larger space closer to my new office.

Answer 2: 40 acres in CO is like a townhouse in NJ? ;) (as icurhere2 ducks).

Works for me, especially if there's a UA QUp.

Not likely -- only a l'il 'shack' on said property! We could camp out, though!:D

Scored the upgrade for my flight tomorrow. Of course the better half gets it but it's nice to know the system isn't broken :p

Tonight's very random, snowed-in (ha! hardly...) dinner: apple cinnamon pancakes and a bottle of Cava. :-:

Needless to say, I had a weird craving...

I did not know you were pregnant. :-:
