I'm still in workout fail. I really wanted to do it today but I'm getting over a slight cold and I know if I did a work out today I'd be realy sick and tomorrow is one of those days I can't be sick.

Evening Box.

I'm quite anxious about the next 48 hours. Other half is being flown someplace tomorrow evening for a day of interviews Friday at a major company that is courting him. It's looking like a move may be in our near future. And I feel like I'm not yet completely unpacked and settled from the last move almost two years ago.

Best of luck to you guys as you figure out what to do. I hate being in limbo almost as much as I hate moving.

Alrighty. Just put on hold another weekend of Mad Dog mayhem sprinkled with a 738 or two. Wish like heck European prices would drop. Much rather go there rather than criss-cross the US. :(

No kidding! And we still have touch-ups to do in the downstairs bath… and a half-painted laundry room.

I don't blame you. I dislike moving. Is the new place of employment better for you in terms of living conditions/travel/etc? Should I keep my fingers crossed that your better half gets the job?

It won't be any better in terms of travel. Cost of living will most likely be less. Certainly not more. But it's by far not a glamorous city. On the work travel side for me, the average trip will be a little longer, but on the positive side, all CO service to IAH would be mainline on decent sized planes.

This is a huge opportunity for him. For that reason alone, I hope he gets it. We can figure out the rest.

All the better someone else finishes it. :)

Bright side? A move gets you away from ATL by definition  Best of luck.

Thanks!

Just don't laugh if he gets this and I announce where we're moving in here. It's not a place most would probably willingly want to move to these days.

Thanks! I hate the limbo too. But I also want him to be happy at work and he is very excited about this opportunity.

Yeah, don't see that happening. Even before this came up, we were planning on taking a weekend we where we could put off doing laundry for a bit and move the washer and dryer out of the laundry room so we could finish the painting. We have the paint and everything to do it. Just need the time. We may be doing it very, very soon now.

I had a really great experience with Carmax (as in Plus1 saying take the money and run) and another good experience.

I hope the clear answer comes out of the next 48 hours. If it helps, I've been here 7 1/2 years and haven't fully unpacked ;)
