Found a typo in CO's CoC. The San Francisco/San Jose/Oakland triad in the Refunds/city airport/ground transportation section has SJO instead of SJC. Nice to know that they will drive me to Costa Rica.

Yea I spent a couple weeks on the phone and working with vendors to get things researched, only to have my aspiration deflated rapidly.
The owner was working with us so well, he was always in contact, then :td: when it came to getting the contract in line.

I saw recently someone that says they are, because she can't stand eating so many insects in her foods (and veggies)...ummmm ok...

one won't survive too long on only distilled water, not even any minerals in it to keep you running.

Someone asked earlier about UA's EUA (UDU) start, colpuck(?), the UA website is still saying 2Q. Take it for what it's worth.

We know how you value the ease of travel being an elite member brings to you. Now we're making it even easier. In the second quarter of 2010, we’ll automatically request an Unlimited Domestic Upgrade on behalf of all elite members and up to one companion when they travel within the Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Central America, and the Caribbean.

The first day of UDU being in effect is the day that my signature line making fun of the use of 'UDU' returns.

Actually I do somewhat, the owner wanted a reasonable price for a 90 year old building. It was near some important things for our business, and then once we get the estimated costs, it goes to something insanely expensive. I think he is going to try to hold out for a larger company to make a stupid choice and buy the properly now, without fully evaluating the options.

I mean this thing was so old, we were going to have to spend loads of time and money to make it look nice anyway, so we can find another property, but its always so much time.
