I've gotten the EUA on two IAH-LAX flights (one on a Friday evening and one on a Saturday afternoon).
Incidently, my mom as a Silver is 50% (5 for 10) on EUA this year. Routes include EWR-DFW, DFW-EWR, EWR-FLL.

Sat flights IAH-LAX upgrades are pretty easy to get, Sun LAX-IAH, not so much.
