Checking in on VS
I booked an Upper Class ticket on VS using Continental for a trip to LHR today. Last time I did this I was able to check in on the VS website but I forgot how I did this. I already tried the tickets number and trip ID Continental gave me and they didn't work. Does anyone know how I can do this? I already called the Upper Class line and they said they wouldnt be able to help. Of course last time I thought it was them that helped me but that was LHR-JFK and I called the London upper class line.

Are the flights booked under the CO or VS code? Whenever I've booked VS flights through CO they have been reward tickets and I was able to view and edit the booking before the flight using the CO PNR number and the VS equivalent flight number. Were you able to do this at any point before you tried OLCI?
Is the ticket number a CO one starting in 005xxx or a VS one?

I am booked under a CO code and a CO ticket number. I did try and edit the booking prior to OLCI and it said I needed the ticket number or booking ref for VS which I don't have. On the Continental site prior to the trip I was able to view the booking and look at my seats I just couldnt make any changes.

The strange part is I've never needed to call them to do this. The CO PNR has always worked on the VS site, 100% of the time, to view my booking. Then when the booking opens up it shows the VS booking ref, which is always different. I've done this with 10+ bookings in the past.
