I am booked under a CO code and a CO ticket number. I did try and edit the booking prior to OLCI and it said I needed the ticket number or booking ref for VS which I don't have. On the Continental site prior to the trip I was able to view the booking and look at my seats I just couldnt make any changes.
For a codeshare on NW metal CO was able to give me the NW numbers that allowed me to then use the NW website to change seats etc. So did you ask the CO phone agent to give you the Virgin numbers? Then you can use them on the Virgin site?
