Same here. Was getting blank account info (all fields blank, no miles, no res's) for a few attempts, now "please contact OnePass service for assistance with your acccount" failed login.

Yea, I'm getting proxy server time out errors. Was able to continue to try again for about the last 20 mins and get my "Y-up" upgrade, that I've been unable to process online since yesterday. It's technology - IT happens.
|
I'm getting really tired of this
1) When I click on "View All Activity" in the "My Account" page, it brings me to a sign-in page which continually loops - I have my onepass number in there, I enter my PIN, and it brings me back to that same page, twice too quickly for it to have actually processed anything, and the third time after a small wait in which it decided that it should send me back again.
Why the title here? Because I reported this same bug about a month ago, and it is now back. ...? This is a really obvious and annoying bug. 2) I want to check my account activity because there was an error in the crediting of my elite qualification miles, specifically it did not give me 150% for my B fare. I'll call today but am not optimistic given that it took my final ticket changes almost a month to clear ticketing, only finally coming in two days before my flight with no fare class indicated - it's obvious the back office malfunctioned on my ticket and in my experience the phone agents are loathe to acknowledge that the IT is anything but infallible. Grrrrrrrr. This is so annoying! |
my reservations keep on appearing and disappearing right now. and when i booked a ticket yesterday I ended up with 3 tickets for myself! (was able to cancel the other two)
|
My upcoming reservations are all missing currently, too.

Under the PC detailed location page, the DFW PC is listed as closing at 4:00pm on Saturdays. However, it closes at 3:00pm (or at least that is what the sign said today).
|
Is it hosed again? I purchased tickets around 7pm last evening and I'm still waiting for them to be issued. The miles I used area also still in my account.
When I look at the online confirmation it says they've been processed and a confirmation will be sent as soon as it processes in the system. It's been over 14 hours... |
Export to Outlook
@:-) I would like to suggest a newer format for reservations to export to Outlook to include passenger name(s) along with the ticket number. @:-)

I had a refundable ticket that I missed and was listed as 'Inactive'. I purchased a non-refundable ticket against it which was less than the original ticket. During the co.com rebooking, it told me it was going to issue me a TC (which is what I wanted).
I just got off the phone with the ESD to find out that even though the website said it was going to issue a TC, it got refunded to the cc. |
Unable to pull up res under print your boarding pass. I've tried both on the preview site and regular co.com. I'm getting very frustrated with CO.com!

Was it all on one ticket? I have found when I have seperate tickets, I needed to enter the confirmation or ticket number to check in and can't use my onepass number. |
Co.com still believes that there is a country out there named "Columbia".

On this page, the link for the 737-700 aircraft takes you to the seat map for the 737-800 aircraft.

:) good catch. In the address bar, change the "8" to a "G" - For example, where it's ... aircraft/738.aspx - change it to ... aircraft/73G.aspx - and it will take you to the correct one. |
My flight tomorrow displays this on co.com:
First Class: Dinner Main Cabin: Light Snack |
co.com seat maps
Is anyone else unable to view seat maps on co.com?

+- 3 Days?
I put in flights from YYZ-FLL for June 27, returning July 3, with the "show lower fares +- 3 days" checked. The page then brings up fares for those dates I picked, with much lower fares showing for other dates. Clicking on the "show lower fares", it brings up no fares but then shows the dates of April 6-10, 2006. Good fare, but slightly wrong day month and year.

(long time problem...) When viewing a reservation to get ready for T-24 online checkin, the yellow Check In Now button appears about a minute before the system will allow it. When Check In Now button is clicked, system displays "cannot check in because flight is more than 24 hours away" error.

Timed Out
I gave up trying the +- 3 day fare option on CO.com, as this still hasn't changed, as I posted above. But now I keep getting "you've been on the booking site more then 20 minutes" timeout, which keeps telling me to start over. This comes after I'm on the website less then four minutes and comes up on the first attempt to check flights. After getting to the outbound flight list, when I try to check the seats for a particular flight I get the timeout. Happens at different times of the day, and now has happened on three days in a row.
I guess CO.com now has a slow calendar but a fast clock on their website. Just emailed the CO website technical crew, as I prefer to check availability and book our flights online. bj-21. |
Continental added details about their domestic F product to try to promote themselves. They left out ewr-sna as transcon service.

How many times do you have to sign in !
I have been trying to purchase tickets all day today but the Co website has a problem. EVERY time the page refreshes or you move to a new page it sends you to the My Acct Sign in page so far today I've have this pleasure
12 times and you can not get a seat map when selecting flights  |
Here is a definite flaw that was introduced in an "upgrade" several months ago.
China Southern Award Fare Classes display incorrectly under "View Current Reservation" China Southern Award booking class are (I) Business Class Award and (O) Economy Class Award. However as of a couple of months ago, China Southern reservations display as "Fare Class: Economy (I)" when in actuality you have an (I) Business Class Award. And it displays "Fare Class: First (O)" when in actuality you have an (O) Economy Class Award. The reservations price out correctly in their "real" class. The problem does not appear to be with the reservation system itself, simply in how it is displayed. |
PDA site: doesn't show an upgraded passenger w/o a seat assignment. In this case it's BF (cdg-ewr). DK if this happens for domestic as well.

Menu Problem - Displays Incorrectly
Greetings,
The main menu (blue bar) does not display correctly, when you mouse over the menu and the "hover" event fires it displays the menu, but there are white spaces between each menu choice causing a long menu that when you try to access something in the lower menu, the menu goes away. PM me if you want a screenshot of this. FYI: Following are the specs of the box that this is happening - Lenovo W500 Thinkpad - 1920x1200 native resolution - Vista Business x64bit - 8GB RAM - IE8 It happens no matter if the window is expanded or sized to be smaller. |
I received an EUA today for a flight I have on Friday, but I never received the e-mail notification.
Also, I checked an itinerary I have for November, and some flight changes occurred. However, I was never sent an e-mail notifying me of these changes. |
Ticket reward travel is showing under managed reservations under "Price" - Mileage and Price Details - as if the reward ticket had not been issued, when it has. Co.com tech support says all is OK.
CO.com should only show the price and miles used in managed reservations. It shows mileage amount and the cost to upgrade the current balance to allow this redemption. The only thing unique is that there was a change to a flight which is different from the ticketed flight. In other words, a later flight opened and a change was made to the later flight - same point-to-point routing. |
Honesty in Seat availability display; and ticket pricing
As I've said before, I would like to see an honest rendition of available seats. It is obvious to me that many choice premium seats are listed as "occupied" MANY MANY months before flights in identical templates which is why I'm sure they are actually available, but only to higher status OP members.
Today I am trying to ticket an itinerary and am given ONLY the option of FC fare on a certain routing. So maybe Economy is full, I wonder? NO, when I check Economy seat availability, there is PLENTY of availability in preferred seating to which I am entitled as an elite. But no fare is shown for economy. Having recently ticketed myself on the same itinerary, I am also displeased that I was unable to secure exit row seats (all shown as occupied just yesterday) as a lowly silver, but when I went ahead and priced out the itinerary that included the (forced) FC segments, suddenly all of those exit rows are wide open. There is some sophisticated psychological manipulation of those loyal customers like myself who try to ticket themselves via CO.com. I for one don't appreciate the chicanery, and believe that it is unworthy of what HAS BEEN a most straightforward and, I THOUGHT honest airline. |

Thanks for the thoughts, but actually the plane is almost EMPTY! I don't have a n availability tool, but it seems highly unlikely that there are not ANY reduced rate seats available (six weeks out). So I still don't get it. I suppose it could be an error.
I guess I will have to call them and ask if I can reroute without a change fee before my ticket is irrevocable. And see what they tell me if they claim only FC fares are available when the seat map shows the back is wide open. That will help to determine whether it is indeed chicanery or "honest" marketing strategy! |
How about an option to exclude redeye flights from searches?

Int'l M fares show “Platinum Upgrade”
When logged in as a platinum OnePass member, international itineraries with M fares show the “Platinum Elite Upgrade Fare” icon even on the transpacific/transatlantic (BusinessFirst) legs.

Would like to see TG connection option to BKK, not just NH & UA
It is nice to begin seeing the NH and UA connections on co.com for various Asia destinations as combinable with IAH-NRT and EWR-NRT, thinking beyond Oct24 and *A.
But for NRT-BKK it would sure be nice to have the TG option as a *A connection that could be ticketed on co.com. TG's economy pitch is much better than the 31" pitch on NH and UA for this 6hr flight. As PE I can get emergency exit for the ...-NRT portion on CO. But having NH and UA as the only co.com options for connecting to BKK is causing this 6'2"-er to look elsewhere for this fall 09 travel (...unless UA E+ on that routing were made available to CO PE's. I'm not counting on that ever, and certainly not soon enough for the shortly-after-Oct-24 travel I'm needing to book now.) |

It is possible (I have seen this on occasion) that they've priced the front lower than the back for your itinerary. For example, you don't meet the restrictions imposed for discount tickets, and Y or B are priced above A. |
