Thanks vulcan for the update. It has been corrected.

Just being devil's advocate here...if that's the case, then go ahead and PM (or post) the password for this username so I can make some updates. ;)

For the OnePass Service Center I always use the toll-free number: 800-554-5522 if you want to post that.

Just goin' thru the FAQ for the first time, great work.

FYI...the link for the COC (the word "here" I believe is supposed to be the link) does not exist in the "Flyer Talk Lingo" section

EDIT - nevermind...looks like those links are a work in progress

No worries on that. There's more on the way and anything that's in Maroon means there's going to be a link.

Under the Lingo Dictionary, you have Passenger Name Reservation. It should be Passenger Name Record.

Good luck.

It'd be useful to have a seating section of the FAQ. "How do I book exit rows" and "Is 45J a good seat?" and "I have 8 screaming kids, how do I get them seated in BF?"

Also, post #17 is titled "I receive the complimentary elite upgrade? (D.4)", believe it should be "Will I receive the complimentary elite upgrade? (D.4)"

Also might want to add to this post that EUAs might not automatically run for full Y fares and that you might need to call CO to get them processed into AU inventory. This goes for NW and CO elites.

Thanks, J.Edward for putting this together. Very helpful stuff. I beg to differ about calling OPSC. I have always called them toll-free by using the Elite Line. Of course, this would only apply to Elite customers, but here is my method. Call the elite line on the back of your card, say INFO PASS, enter your OP # and then say Operator. You will be transfered to OP service rep witin seconds (and not minutes like it takes if you call OP directly via the (713) area code) and you get your problem resolved with the same rep that you would have waited for a long time!

From LAX QF flies to:
AUK (Auckland) with a 2 class 747.
.
BRS (Brisbane) with a 2 class 747.

AUK = Alakanuk, Alaska http://www.world-airport-codes.com/u...kanuk-104.html
BRS = Bristol, UK

AKL = Auckland, NZ
BNE = Brisbane, AU

Also, it might be helpful to mention that QF108 JFK-LAX and QF107 LAX-JFK are fairly easy to get if you are starting on the east coast.

Thanks for the correction Magic Pickles! :)
