The ones that have AVOD right now should be those planes that were recently converted from domestic FC configuration to BF. If you look at the seating plan in coach about a day or two before departure, you will see seats 7ABC which do not exist in the original BF-configured 752s.

So, I believe 7ABC = AVOD + 110V power for BF.

That's a good tip; I will watch out for that. I did note that in the spring, when the B757's all had 12 seats in the front, they also all were missing 7ABC.

The reason being that 7ABC are located where there used to be the AV closet with all the cassette players for the old looping IFE system. Now, no closet, AV digitized and located elsewhere, and 3 more Y seats!
