Access to 1B
Does anyone know the best strategy toward attaining 1B prior to arrival at the airport? Is this possible?

So 1B becomes available at the 24hr OCLI? Thanks, I'll try it out in about 2 hours.

1B is also available to Plats if you call the Plat Elite Line. They will advise you it's a disability seat and you are subject to being moved. If you don't reach the elite desk you will be advised that it is not available until 24 hrs before departure.

Become a FAM
Air marshalls also love 1B and 2B, so another strategy would be to become a FAM so you could sit there for free at the tax payers expense

If you don't call, then you can select it at the e-service center at the airport if it is still available.
