1B is also available to Plats if you call the Plat Elite Line. They will advise you it's a disability seat and you are subject to being moved. If you don't reach the elite desk you will be advised that it is not available until 24 hrs before departure.
This is good to know. Several times I have called at the 24hr mark and the disability seat in FC had already been assigned. When boarding, I could find nothing about the occupant in 1B that indicated diability and wondered what was up.
