Without a doubt, my best experience was the Lufthansa F Terminal in Frankfurt. It's not just the food or drink (40 single malts!!! ) but the experience as a whole.

yeah, I'm sure the LH F terminals are nice.
NO riff raff!

My favorite lounge is the Dan lounge in TLV, they have lots of beverages in glass bottles (like my favorite glass bottled diet coke). I absconded with a ton of them in my carryon... they also have soup and a buffet...yum.
