checking in on a code share
I bought a CO ticket on-line, but the first leg (CHS-ATL) is on DL. CO won't let me check in on-line since the initiating flight is on another airline, and DL doesn't recognize the CO confirmation number so I can't check in there either. Anyone know how to advance check-in or am I stuck waiting in line at the airport?

Assuming DL have kiosks at the airport you should be able to use them to check in, rather than having to wait in line...
I've managed to do OLCI on VS flights where I've bought a CO codeshare ticket, the VS site just accepted the confirmation number and it all worked fine. Never tried with DL though.

Delta doesn't offer us upgrades yet, so, to me at least, the OLCI feature isn't such a big deal.

Call CO and find out what the DL PNR for your flight is. That way, you may be able to check-in online on delta.com.
