co.com seat map

I tried to change my seat last night on a flight from PHL to IAH that departs on Friday and co.com would seem to change my seat, but then when the reservation page reloads my original seat is still associated with my reservation. This happened last week when I used miles to upgrade, but I thought it might be related to the milage upgrade. Is this happening to anyone else?

I've never had that problem. Maybe there is something wrong with the system right now. I have had no problem changing seats in either Y or FC. You could always call and find out what's going on, though sometimes they change the EQM from 100 to 50% when you do that; though they fix this problem later upon request.

I called both times to have my seat changed, and the miles for last week's flight have already posted at 100% EQM.

Excellent! Maybe the EQM issue is fixed. Let's hope. I don't know what gives with the seat changing issue; maybe contacting the online help desk would steer you in the right direction.
