Problems with online statements

Has anyone else had problems receiving online e-mail statements from CO? I signed up to receive them along with OnePass partner promotion e-mails a few months ago to get more Mileathon points. Yet, I still have not received a single e-mail from CO in my inbox (other than EUA e-mails, at least I get those on occasion...) Not to mention that when I check my e-mail settings under my OnePass account, it shows that I am signed up for all of these e-mails... any input would be appreciated!

I haven't had any problems with receiving e-mails from CO (that includes OP Statements and Last Minute Deal emails). But one place I would suggest you start, if you haven't already, is to check your spam/junk email folder. Because mass e-mails (like ones we received from CO) can sometimes be mistaken for spam by e-mail filtering programs, they may have been redirected from your inbox to the spam folder. If this is the case, you'll have to add the CO email address or domain to your "safe senders" list to get them delivered to your inbox. Good luck!

I am having the same problem - nothing from CO - but I still get from UA, AA, and DL.
CO must have changed something, but I do not think it is a spam filter issue.

Thats what kills me the most, I get several e-mails a month from AA and UA, and hardly ever fly them... the one I really want the e-mails from is CO... I checked my spam folder and nothing in there... I do get the EUA emails (at least I get the most important ones!) but still, I would like to get the OnePass offers/ statement e-mails as well...

Can't you see the same information via your My Account on CO.com?

Still not getting the emails from CO like I used to and I am subscribed to all of them. I do get EUA - but it is sent to my cell phone. I guess I will call co.com tech support?

The only issue I discovered was prompted by something someone wrote on this forum about online statements. I checked mine, and discovered that I wasn't getting the 150% bonus elite miles every time I booked in A, K, Y or H. It turns out that I was forced to change plans at the last minute. A ticket that was original booked in K, B or N was paid to upgrade to A or H. When I checked the statements, I discovered I only got 100% EQM's and 1 (not 2) point. I called and got the problem rectified. It seems to be a programming issue. The EQM's are calculated on the original class of fare; paying to upgrade seems to fall through the cracks, though Continental can do an override and fix the problem.
