I travel between sna-lgw six to seven times a year, mostly in Y. The meals on the international leg seems to be always the same. Anyone recommend the "special" meals? They always smell/look unique or should I just buy a meal at IAH with the 30 minutes worth of connecting time.

Great question. I have always wondered (been envious) about those getting the "special meal". I don't believe they offer the seafood option anymore.
Can anyone else recommend special meals vs. the usual gruel they serve on Intl flights?
