Our new elite credentials and a letter telling us how lucky we are to be customers of Continental Airlines.
Maybe a coupon for $5 headset/beer.

Fortunately, thanks to EUA, I didn't have to use any of the headset/beer vouchers they sent in '03 in '03 --I gave all of them away to friends.
What I'd really like is complimentary elite access into another travel program. 2 years ago they included complimentary Gold Status in Hilton HHonors. Maybe they can offer complimentary Diamond Status to OnePass Platinums... or Platinum Status in Starwood's or Hyatt's programs. (I can just here the Flyertalkers from those programs scream at the thought
)Surely those programs cost very little to the airline ..and would be of significant value to the hotel chains to tap into the frequent traveling public.

ahhhh....i was waiting for this thread.
maybe we will each get the equivalent of the hope diamond.
as i say every year, the elite kits are like junk mail.

I am willing to bet no PC passes. Haven't seen them in the kits over the past few years, however, there used to be two PC passes included.

on the humorous side, I might suggest we receive a lithograph photo of Gordon's big toe, which we all should kiss for good luck before the EUA runs
on the practical side, I am betting our kits will be identical to last year, including the lack of PC passes. Since "enhancement" is CO double-speak for benefit reduction, I prefer there be no further enhancements, thank you

Like an idiot, I forgot about the expiration date and let it go to waste. I'll bet they're really strict about checking for expiration dates.

I heard the kit was going tohave a mini-elite access rug for your computer mouse. This way your mouse feels the benefits when using Co.com.
