Disabled and ignored...who to write to?
For the second time in a year CO has ignored my requests for help at IAH under the ADA law. I wish to try and resolve this with CO before taking further action but do not know to whom I should address my problem.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would seek legal counsel. CO cannot keep getting away with this. They will likely be fined by the Goverment.

Can you be more specific as to what you requested and what was refused or did not happen?

After flight times were changed by CO to give me only 30 min. to make connection (both times) I stated I would not be able to make the connection due to time and my disability. Agent stated both time an agent would be at arrival gate with cart to carry me to connection. Neither time was anyone there to help and response varied from "oh, I'm sorry" to someone actually calling a cart.
I will say that by only an act of the Lord did I make both flights (once by weather delaying connecting flight and once by an early arrival) but the issue remains.

My pleasure.

As noted in the text of the enforcement sections, you need to first attempt to resolve the matter with the offender first, but getting no satisfaction from Continental will be a no-brainer when you go through the "WE COULDN'T CARE LESS" hot line.

DSK:
In May I traveled with my parents to Cabo San Lucas. We connected in IAH. My mother needs a wheelchair to get around, and it was noted in her PNR before we traveled.
We were assured by reservations and when we checked in that there would be a cart waiting for us in IAH.
When we got to IAH, yep, there was no electric cart or wheelchair (and we weren't the only ones requiring cart assistance from our flight). We stood around for 30 minutes waiting, and we almost missed our connection, like you.
Anyway, if you do contact the DOT, and need a few names to add to yours (need some fuel for your fire), feel free to contact me via email.

How did you make your flights? Did a wheelchair or electric cart come to you in time to get you to your connecting flight?
It seems to me that you would have a much stronger case if you missed your connection.

And DSK - do take the time to discuss your situation on the new FlyerTalk Disability Travel section.
I've already opened up a thread for you.
