I strongly diasagree, finding CO ground staff to be nightmarish across the board. As I and many others have said in this forum, there is a general "customer unfriendly" attitude that pervades from management on down.

Your specific incident is a direct result of this problem being unchecked for years. They treat you like that because they get away with it...over and over again. And management does the same.
