co.com error with "Repeat Trip" purchase option
I used the Repeat Trip option for one of my saved itineraries. Since it included NW segs I then called NW to set up my seat assignments ... to my surprised I was told I had FOUR reservations in my name with that itinerary!!
Luckily I got an understanding CO rep who was able to right the situation & get me back to one reservation.
Would have been real fun trying to explain to my boss why it cost $2K to fly coach ewr-cmh!!
