Anyone used AMEX MR $149 Latin America Round-Trip Companion Cert?
I was thinking of redeeming 9000 MR points for one of these for a trip from PDX-SJU in December. But AMEX's website doesn't list the 2003 blackout dates. I am travelling with Mrs. PDX and our <2 infant in an occupied seat 12/5-12/13, so I'm also not sure if I can use it with the baby. Anyone have one of these or know the "terms and restrictions?" or know how I can find out?
