Chat Cancelled
Just got a message it is cancelled due to technical reasons ... probably would have watched the President instead and read the chat transcript anyway. Hope it is rescheduled soon?!?

Darn. I was looking forward to being lied to tonight.------------------

Unfortunately, that is correct. It seems our chat hosting provider is experiencing technical difficulties. As a result, we will regrettably be forced to cancel this evening's chat with Continental.
We apologize for this inconvenience and will do our best to reschedule the event as soon as possible.

Sure, how about scheduling it two more years later...like the last time.
So, the "Chat server is unstable" huh? Are CO's web browsers unstable? They have no ability to read the thread of questions and respond?
Just like 18,000 low votes for CO were "not counted" at last years Freddies.
What a bunch of loosers at CO.

I am disappointed. I stayed late in the office today so I could join the chat.
Since this is "mechanic problem", are we supposed to get "voucher" for the "delay"?

Why am I not suprised? I'm not a believer in the black helicoptors and such... But I somehow "knew" in my heart that CO wouldn't end up in chat.

Wasn't flyertalk.com down for 30 hours or so over the weekend? Seems like the incompetence is pretty clear.
