Upgrade on CO using NW miles?
Can I book a ticket through continental and upgrade with nw miles? I tried booking it via NWA.Com but price doubled. Thanks

Buy the ticket anywhere you want.
Upgrades using NW miles are handled by NW, not CO.
If F is available, and if you have booked an upgradeable fare (if not elite) then the upgrade is yours.
