Sounds like playmoney...

They are the certs used for drinks/ headsets on CO flights. And given the increased cost of such items (and the fact that you now have to pay for drinks on overseas flights), I guess CO figured 'increased value=less free certs'.

Just old drunks like me who, though prefering Tanqueray, will drink whatever gin CO deigns to serve in a pinch. And I'm becoming quite the connoisseur of the PC cheese -n- crackers!

Speaking of Elite "sootkase" tags, I just uploaded a picture of my 1993-2000 Continental Airlines Elite Tag collection.

I'll second that...but I do prefer a WC over a PC even though I'm a PC member

I hear Gordon's mother is mixing up a batch in the bathtub. She's going to run it through the still and bottle it for the Presidents Clubs. It'll give a new meaning to Gordon's Gin!

YAWN! ----

Just got mine - wondering why they didn't just send a little "3" sticker to cover the "2" on my 2002 card. Would have saved some postage.

You got a new card? My kit said the card already issued is still valid.

My husband received his kit today, but mine hasn't come yet (both Platinum). Someone posted that they send them out alphabetically, and we're near the end of the alphabet, so that might have something to do with it.

received mine two days ago. i am surprised they even bothered. even the elite guide is on a severe diet, with the centerpiece being a discussion of the award winning continental.com web site.
perhaps in keeping with the new gordo pizza philosophy, if we agreed to an additional elite charge, we would receive a more robust kit.
