Can anyone give me some direction on talking to CO. I'm a disgruntled Delta FF. Its time to put some miles back on my old Eastern Number.

Two years ago I moved from CVG to CLE. At the time, I was SM at DL (zilch with CO). CO matched my DL standing with OnePass Silver status. I just had to fax CO a copy of my most recent DL Skymiles statement.

I to just left Delta. All I did was took my last statement to the local CO ticket office and they macthed Plat. for Plat. Good Luck!

Thanks for your note. I used to fly Eastern an awful lot (yes! some of it was awful) but I flew CO to Scotland this year and had the opportunity to be upgraded. They put Delta to shame!

It will be interesting flying them more often.

I did this about a year ago, moving from AA Plat to CO Gold, and I made CO Plat by Nov 2002. I sent both a FEDEX and a follow up e-mail, and my complimentary status was granted about 3 days later.
