Wrong choice of words, pissed off. Sorry.

But wow, shows there are many different ways to raise a child. I won't touch that with a ten-foot pole.

OK - I agree. Let's drop it. I'll delete my post. I should not have brought it up by agreeing with the other poster in this venue. :)

I think obnoxious is better defined as someone going off topic to disparage another poster while totally missing the point.

Who would mind if he has a big blue Mohawk, as long as his GPA is 3.0+ and his SAT's are 1300+. I'd be more concerned if he lived in Iraq and was wearing a dirty night shirt and a diaper on his head carrying a "Death to America" sign

Many employers would not hire someone with that hairstyle. I was an investment banker for 6 years. We had many many qualified resumes for each position. If someone came in with that hair style, that would be the end of that. Whether people like it or not, that's the truth.

Please discuss hair styles over in OMNI, not here.

He's 14, and in middle school. It is highly unlikely that he would be applying for a position in the investment banking field any time soon.

He is, however, being paid by numerous companies for his climbing skills and recognizable and memorable look.

He earned his elite status by flying all over the world as a member of two USA climbing teams and is entitled to the upgrades.

Can you point to one of my posts where I indicated that I would be upset if he were upgraded or that he was not entitled to the upgrades?

As for my spelling of BOLLOCKS: it's a colloqueal spelling. Deal with it

It's Colloquial.
