Resolution to old CO/VS codeshare situation!

Well, it seems that CO agents are now very aware of how the codeshare works. I've been working on a new reservation, and each CO agent knows exactly how the nature of the codeshare works, from the no waiting list policy to the fare structure.
While I am no fan of HKY, I am heartened that the rules are understandable.
