Resolution to old CO/VS codeshare situation!
Many remember my grip from two years ago:

I've been working on a new reservation, and each CO agent knows exactly how the nature of the codeshare works, from the no waiting list policy to the fare structure. While I am no fan of HKY, I am heartened that the rules are understandable. |
