I was there the other day, and I would consider this more of a hybrid club than an all NW club. When you enter, there are 2 receptionists - 1 for NW and 1 for CO, each wearing the appropriate uniform. Also, the co_presidentsclub wireless hot spot is available in the ORD club.

Self-serve booze, fireplace, and two check-in/credential desks: one CO, one NW. Not a bad space. Actually, there are two self-serve bars, with different contents, which means that the gin is strangely distant from the tonic.

I wish all PCs would institute a self-serve bar.

its my favorite PC. best non hub clud in my opinion. the CO and NW agents are really nice. nice view along an entire side of the club.
gets crowed during peak times is an under statment. its standing room only.
i dont particularly like the SS bar, but i do manage to poor a much nicer drink than the PC normally does.

I agree with my philosopher friend....HNL is very nice.
I also like IAH (E), DCA and LAX.
Least favorite: SFO (great staff, but it's outside shoe carnival).

I prefer some of the clubs with a great view and service, including DCA, IAH E and LAX. Others such as HNL and DEN are great, but I really like pondering the sites on the tarmac while I am relaxing in the PC.

Maybe I just had a good experience, but I enjoyed the bartender in IAH Term. E - great service and some neat bartending tricks...But there are advantages to self-serve, too.
