Afraid to post good things since co do
Every since I learned they read this board (co) I have been afraid to post about times when co employees have gone out of the way for me.
Im afraid that co mgmt might not like what they did.

Every employee would say to stick it in your back pocket....No good deed goes unpunished.
However, good service and fulfillment of an employees duty should always be recognized. The trick is knowing what is a favor and what is great service.

I find I wouldn't refrain from posting good deed, but rather I'd be sure I mention the correct things. We known employees break rules to make the customer happy, and therefore we don'twant them to get in trouble.
I find my self writing letter and filling out comment cards much more; these days my line consists of "SO and SO went above and beyond and truely exemplified the true spirit of what continental airlines comes mean" a nice line of praise without much detail into what the employee did... right or wrong...

Go ahead and post it - we love hearing this stuff! There are enough unwarranted complaints out there...the employees need to hear the good stuff to. Positive reinforcement.

Send them in? I hand them to the employee of praise personally!
1. I'm to lazy to mail it in; and iI don't use the USPS unless I have too.
2. I want the employee to know for sure what I said.
