I find I wouldn't refrain from posting good deed, but rather I'd be sure I mention the correct things. We known employees break rules to make the customer happy, and therefore we don'twant them to get in trouble.
I find my self writing letter and filling out comment cards much more; these days my line consists of "SO and SO went above and beyond and truely exemplified the true spirit of what continental airlines comes mean" a nice line of praise without much detail into what the employee did... right or wrong...
