I've had two flights in Jan and one in Feb. and the bonus below hasn't posted. I called cust. service and they said the bonus hasn't run yet for that promo? Has anyone else received their miles for this? I'm curious because the promo says the miles should post after the flight. Also is this promo above and beyond the normal 1000 mile online bonus?

My question is: What is the description that CO uses when they post these bonus'? I can never tell by their descriptions.

you'll notice that they didn't say IMMEDIATELY after the flight.... CO will post the bonus after 3 complaints or when they are darn good and ready, whichever comes last!

C'mon it's the best that CO's early 90's IT infrastucture can do! Whadda ya expect, instant updates and credits?

i will concur, however, that my bonuses on AA (American Airlines) do post quicker. but, i still get a good chuckle.

My friend and I traveled together on the same itineraries in January and we both registered at the same time online. While his bonus miles have posted, mine have not. I've been meaning to call them but always forget...here is the posting...

i just recieved my mileage for the 20,000 mile 'tier' promotion. someone asked if that is above and beyond the 1000 mile bonus for each online booking and no it is not. at least that was the answer i got. my 1st travel bonus = 1,000 miles and my 5th travel bonus = 5000 miles. so really it is just an 'extra' 15,000 miles even though you collect 20,000 i would have recieved 5,000 for booking those 5 flights anyway. that is almost deceptive advertising... but i'm keeping the miles.

Hmm....mine posted like clock work. Two days after the normal flight miles posted.

All of mine have posted up to the 5th bonus, as have they on the two other accounts I monitor. The sweep runs once per week, I believe this one on MONDAY nights. If you have not got this posted yet, something is wrong, the ticket is probably not registering as an eticket, and if it is, as a "valid" eticket.

You mention your friend - remember that if two or more people are in the same record, you can only get the original 1K and/or the bonus XK for the first person listed in the record locator as to whom a Onepass number is in the record.

Thanks to those FF'rs that let me know that their bonuses posted. I was getting the run around from cust service. They told me that they had not run them yet. I told them today that I had friends whose had bonuses had posted.

They manually credited my bonuses!
